We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us!

Our return policy is for store credit only. Store credit works just like cash, and never expires. 

Items are eligible for return if: 

  • All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached; 
  • Items are shipped back within 30-days from the original purchase date; 
  • All items are free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other stains; and 
  • All clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE. 

If you are returning a gift, that was not purchased under your e-mail address, please e-mail customersupport@kayandjames.com and we will be happy to generate a prepaid label and send to your email.

Returning items from multiple orders? You must complete a request for each order, but please feel free to return them in the same box!

We suggest that you use USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number, as we can not be responsible for items lost while in transit to us. 

If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. Items will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling.
