Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Standard shipping within the continental United States will be pre-determined rates set by USPS & UPS based off weight and size for all items. 
  • Standard shipping orders placed before 2PM CST M-F will usually take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped to you. Regular business hours consist of Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM CST. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, please take that into consideration when selecting your shipping method!
  • We typically get all orders out within a 1-3 business day window, and try our hardest to do so, however, sometimes we do get behind!
  • We ship with USPS. 

Kay & James Lifestyle Boutique is NOT responsible for the following:

  1. Delays with USPS & UPS;
  2. International duties or customs charges; and
  3. Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. USPS & UPS will be responsible once we ship the package.
  4. Once the package is marked delivered by USPS & UPS, you will need to contact whichever carrier was responsible for your package to obtain any information. Once the package has left our facility we are no longer held responsible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • We do our best to meet our processing/ shipping times so there is a very small window of time where you are able to cancel/ edit your orders.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure all information is correct before submitting your order.
  • We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to the incorrect or undeliverable address.
  • If you need to cancel or edit your order please email us at customersupport@kayandjames.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the changes in time but there is no guarantee that we will be able to do so.

DUTIES & TAXES

 

Duties/GST/Taxes are NON REFUNDABLE once your order has shipped

For select countries, customs fees, duties and taxes are collected and paid for at the checkout and remitted to your local customs authority by our couriers. Every effort is made to ensure the correct amount is collected at checkout, however Kay & James Lifestyle Boutique cannot guarantee no further fees may need to be paid upon delivery. 

Where possible, we will advise you of this at the checkout. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase.

Kay & James Lifestyle Boutique is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If an order is refused by a customer due to customs duty, taxes and/or fees, subsequent fees may be deducted from your refund if applicable. 

 

IMPORTANT: CUSTOMERS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF U.S.A.

We are currently not offering our products to all international countries. 

APO'S & PO BOXES 

We use USPS to ship to P.O. Boxes and any military addresses! (Thank you for your service!) We are unable to offer expedited shipments, so please keep that in mind when selecting your shipping method! 

HAWAII & ALASKA

We DO NOT ship to Hawaii and Alaska at the moment. We will keep you updated and hope to be shipping to your state soon!
